How do we create our designs?

We do NOT mass produce at our studio. All our products are handcrafted and individually made. They are created with the special care and attention required as if each of them were unique. And in a way they are, because although they share patterns or materials, they are all elaborated with extreme dedication. Most of them are made upon request, that is, we make them at the time you order them.

How to get our products?

You can purchase our designs in this very online store. Just choose desired size and options of each product, add them to your cart, do the checkout and fill out the required forms. We recommend you to create an account to manage your orders easier. However, you can shop as a guest if you do prefer so.

How long does it take us to prepare an order?

Time of preparation required for our orders depends on their complexity, breadth and also on our current volume of work. It will take us 2 to 8 weeks for orders up to 5 standard items. However, larger orders and custom designs require more time, contact us if you are interested in such kinds of work! Once the order is ready, we will send you an email to let you know that it has left our studio.

Do we have stock?

Our designs are made to order, so we do not have a stock as such. However, we do have some specific pieces, usually samples. Visit Samples and stock for further information.

Do we personalize designs, accept custom orders and/or work to measure?

You can order the designs of the catalog in a customized size or design with a surcharge. In these cases we depend on the availability of materials and usually take longer. You can also order exclusive designs. More details at Custom design section and contact us via mail.

Which payment methods do we accept?

How do we deliver our orders?

The shipments are made by registered mail (Correos España) or by courier (Tipsa, DHL, TNT). The option available, shipping fees and delivery times will depend on the destination and weight of the product. Shipping costs are calculated during the shopping. Visit Delivery for complete information.

What about garment care?

Our designs are very special and are made with great detail. In each product we give some indications to properly care for them. Corsets are specially delicated, therefore we give you more information in Uso y cuidados del corset (sorry again, only in Spanish at this moment). If you have any question, feel free to contact us.

Is it possible to exchange or return a garment?

For standard garments you have a period of seven working days from the reception of the order to ask for an exchange or return. Customized products, sample designs and tailor-made products do not accept returns. Visit Terms and conditions for further information.

Do we have retailers?

Currently you can find some of our products in the Viva Las Vegas store located in Malasaña district in Madrid . If you are a store and you are interested in having our products contact us via email and we will inform you.
