Preparation of your order

All of our products are individually handmade with love and care. We do not usually have stock. We prepare most of our products upon request, therefore, the preparation of an order takes time. Normally the preparation of an order of maximum 5 products takes between 2 and 8 weeks from the acceptance of the order. If it is going to takes us longer, we will inform you via email. Larger orders require longer delivery times. In any case, we will keep you abreast of the progress of your order whenever you wish.

 

Shipping information

The shipments are made by registered mail (Correos España) or by courier (Tipsa, DHL, TNT).

The option available, shipping fees and delivery times will depend on the destination and weight of the product. Shipping costs are calculated during the shopping.

 

National shipments (Spain)

 

- Shipping to Peninsula

The order is sent by courier (Tipsa) and arrives at its destination in an estimated time of 2 business days.

 

- Shipping to extrapeninsular territories

For Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, we recommend you to contact us before purchasing because shipping fees are higher and delivery times are much longer. Orders are shipped by registered mail via Correos España and arrive within an estimated 15 business days.

 

- Pick up at the atelier

In addition to previous options, you can come and pick up your order to our atelier in the center of Madrid and save shipping fees. Make an appointment with us and we will welcome you within business hours. In this case, contact us before making the purchase!

 

International shipments

 

- Methods and delivery times

International shipments are dispatched by courier (DHL or TNT depending on product and destination.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • - Europe: 1-3 business days
  • - United States and Canada: 2-4 business days
  • - Rest of the world: 3-5 días business days

 

- Remote zones

There are regions of difficult access that require an extra charge and lengthen delivery times. To find out if your address is between them, you can enter your country and your zip code in this link:  https://raslist.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp

If you live in one of these regions, please let us know before placing your order to facilitate the procedures. In that case you may pay the extra charge separately or ask about fees and conditions for registered mail.

 

Delays and losses

 

If the order is delayed more than it should, please contact us before doing anything else so we could find out what is going on and find the best solution.

In times of massive commercial activity (Black Friday, Christmas ...) deliveries may be delayed. Therefore, we will work to give you the best service possible.

Miss Self.Destructive is NOT responsible for losses due to postal services and courier. Shipments are registered so that we can process the relevant claim. If the package does not appear:

  • - If the product was a sample sale, we can redo it or not depending on availability of materials, but never at the same price since this products are discounted for being samples.
  • - If the product was unique, we can reproduce it or not depending on the design and availability of materials, but most often we can not redo it.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping address errors and the consequences of such errors.

 

Customs and import taxes

 

Miss Self.Destructive is a small business based in the European Union.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We can not determine in which cases customs and import taxes will be applied, nor what the amounts will be, since they vary according to the laws of each country. However, we inform you that corsets are products especially susceptible to additional charges in customs due to their value.

Miss Self.Destructive is NOT not responsible for delays due to customs.
